The e2s Free App equips your students with essential resources like Campus News, FAQs, Service Desk, Polls/Surveys, Appointment booking, 360 view and campus-wide Push Notifications. It also acts as a convenient “mobile hub,” letting you seamlessly integrate applets by linking to pages from your school’s website or third-party resources through the e2s Design Studio.
You can go live in a matter of days! The e2s Free App requires minimal setup, basic training, and support—all at no cost. You can upload student and staff data through CSV files and you are ready to go live. If you need integrations with any of your other college systems, that effort may be priced. The customized mobile app itself will take only hours to build and deploy.
e2s App comes with 5 GB of data storage and 10 GB of file storage, ample for storing key resources and student information. If additional storage is needed, you can upgrade your plan or manage data by archiving older files.
We provide complete onboarding support, including easy-to-follow guides and videos to help your team get up to speed in no time. We help with implementation, User Acceptance Test, brief training, going live, and ongoing free support during the FREE trial period.

After six months, we can extend access on a case-by-case basis, you can choose to continue with the current modules by subscribing, or simply discontinue—no strings attached! You also have the option to go live with some PRO options anytime you choose.

It’s an excellent solution for sharing campus-wide information and updates efficiently.
